Refund Policy
Effective: January 1, 2026 · Plain English.
Short version
Every new TechStacker Pro subscription comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 7 days of your first charge, we refund the full amount — no questions asked. After 7 days, you keep access until the end of your billing period and your subscription simply does not renew.
The Free tier is free
The Free tier of TechStacker is free forever and is not subject to this refund policy. There is nothing to refund.
7-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase a Pro subscription and decide it’s not for you, email billing@tchstckr.com within 7 calendar days of your initial charge. We will refund 100% of the charge to your original payment method within 5 business days. You can also request a refund from your account page.
After 7 days
After the 7-day window, you can still cancel at any time. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual), and your subscription simply does not renew. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Annual subscriptions
The 7-day guarantee applies to annual subscriptions as well. If you cancel within 7 days of your annual charge, you receive a full refund. After 7 days, your annual access continues through the prepaid period, and you can choose not to renew at the end of the year.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We process them within 5 business days, but your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account. Most refunds appear within 10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at billing@tchstckr.com. We resolve most issues within 24 hours. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account.
EU / UK consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer protection law. This 14-day right is in addition to (and does not replace) our 7-day money-back guarantee. To exercise the right of withdrawal, email billing@tchstckr.com within 14 days.
California consumers
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). See our Privacy Policy for details on data access, deletion, and opt-out.
